This photo is right after my last posting. We were just about to leave to go celebrate Heath's graduation and Jackson's birthday.
Here are some photos of Christmas. Jackson, of course, had no clue what was going on; but he enjoyed tissue paper, ribbons, and the wooden spoons from my stocking.
It was the year of the Snuggie, so of course Sam got one from Santa.
Since it was too cold outside, he tested out his new tricycle inside. Look at that intense look!Today was actually the first day we strolled outside in it. It was so nice with the sunshine and in the 50's.
Christmas morning, we went to Papa and Yetti's to see what Santa had brought Jackson there. He immediately found his Rudolph and clung to it most of the day.
He also got his own chair at Papa and Yetti's. Mississippi State!
While we opened presents, Jackson entertained himself with tissue paper.
Jackson got his camo this Christmas. He broke it in while Papa, Uncle Heath, and Daddy were working on the mule. I am not a fan of camo, especially on kiddos...BUT dang Jackson looks so cute in it!
Right after Christmas, Aunt Kiki and cousin Ava came to visit in Clarksdale. We went up there for the night to visit. Ava and Jackson are right at 6 months apart. He was very jealous of me holding her at first. **Lord, help us when Cohen gets here**

In other news, Jackson is walking. He has been on the verge for a while, but really started when Yetti was keeping him a few weekends ago. I am drawing a blank on anything else that is new with him. The pregnancy amnesia has been REALLY bad this go-around. Hopefully, it won't be another month before you hear from us again!

It was an animal-themed party. I have been holding on to a Hannah Kate outfit I ordered back in the summer for him to wear. He was too cute! I am a little biased though.

She also made him a birthday b
He wasn't sure what to do with his smash cake. He didn't eat much of it, but he sure ended up smashing it to pieces...
He got SO MANY great toys and gifts. Most of them were musical which he danced to. It is amazing how he can hear just a note or two and will start dancing. I guess he is gets it from his Mama! We sure know how to cut a rug on my side of the family! It makes me think about something a friend said this weekend. She says her mother always says "I just want my girls (she has 3) to find a man who will dance with them." I love that! Luckily I found one that loves to dance with me. I don't think he loves to dance, but he loves to dance with me. I got a good one! Jackson is definitely going to be a dancer.
Unfortunately I was so busy with him and the party, I didn't get to use my new camera that much.
We had so much fun with him. He was a ham! I can't believe he is one!

It has been rather cold. This photo was the first day that it was super cold. We couldn't go outside, so Jackson and Sam admired the yard from the warmth of inside. They spend

Jackson with his first trophy. First place in the costume contest!
